Heating elements alternate between warming the booster and warming the wash tank to reduce energy costs, and the elements are independently operated to accommodate specific temperature requirements. An electronic temperature readout displays wash and rinse temperatures and can be adjusted with thermostatic controls. For smooth operation, the wash tank's water level is monitored so water will be refilled automatically when necessary, and the wash pump is protected with the dFilter system® to eliminate clogs that can require costly maintenance.The Jet-Tech EV18 high-temperature undercounter dishwasher can complete an operating cycle in 1 or 3 minutes, and operators can choose one function from the two programmable cycles. This unit washes 32 racks per hour using 0.79 gallons of water per cycle. To accommodate a variety of dishes, this unit includes one open combination rack and one peg dish rack; both have a 19.75-inch by 19.75-inch capacity. The upper and lower wash and rinse revolving arms are made of reinforced fiberglass to withstand consecutive applications, and they can be removed and cleaned quickly. This unit's body, external housing, wash, tank, and chassis components are made of durable 18/10 brushed stainless steel, and the unit measures 22.62 inches wide by 23.75 inches deep by 33.50 inches high overall.
